I went there once to get my car detailed which was great. Nice and clean, even my floor mats. Though the reason I'm writing a review is due to me being stuck on the road of Jones Rd. I ran out of gas in my car (I know. You can laugh) and for probably 25 or so minutes, no wrecker truck or any of that sort came to me. I almost got his multiple of times but luckily a couple of guys from this lube shop ended up helping push my car to the parking lot and one of them helped me get gas. They are awesome to me and I got back on the road in no time. Thank you guys. Tip: Don't procrastinate on getting gas.

I'm really disappointed with this visit today!... I been coming here for years with different cars and never had an issue.. it doesn't make sense that you come in so your car can get clean... Today, they didn't even touch the inside or wipe down my seats.. After I talked to somebody they told me that was extra.. I paid 45.99 which include the 5 off and wax and i believe which should have been atleast wipe down the inside.I do understand if it's something difficult to take off , and of course, I will pay extra, but I wasn't asking for my seats to be detailed.. They have done it before, with no issues!. And then my front bumper still dirty! I'm not sure I will come back to this location

Came in this weekend with my family. The attention to detail has really gone downhill at this car wash. There was a piece of glass as soon as we got in the car which we let go the car was not wiped down from the inside which we let go. When we got home we noticed that a whole piece of our brake light was gone. I called the car wash they said they didn't find anything there I talked to the manager Christine , she said that that part was not there she went back at the cameras and told us that the car came in already damaged. I have pictures and videos of the before and after they look really different. They don't put your correct license plate number on the receipt so if you wanted to come back for a rain check or anything else they're not going to remember your vehicle. I'm very disappointed all I wanted for them was to do the right thing. Do not take your car here. There's sloppy with detail, the cleaning has gone downhill, the prices are only going up. And they do not want to do right by the customer.

Got in and out fast ,everybody was professional and polite.
