Wanted my car detailed before I have my baby. Called in advance and was told it would be under $200 for my type of car and all the services I was wanting.Arrived and somehow prices had jumped and ended up paying over $330, which I had to prepay before they did any work. I wasn’t too pleased with the price considering I didn’t know what kind of job they would do; but I can’t deny that once I got my car back the work they did made the inside and outside of my car look brand new almost.This was huge given that I haven’t had my car detailed once in the 5 years I’ve owned it.However, I still felt it was steeply priced from the start as again it was my first time and I was quoted a different price 15 minutes before arriving.The only other thing was that my carpets were still pretty wet and I had to bring them home to sit outside in the sunlight to finish drying before placing them back in my car. One of them was I guess still damp and I noticed it looked like it was trying to grow mold so I did take it back out hand scrubbed it down myself, used my hair dryer on it, and then put it outside to air dry again.Once I did that and I knew it was completely dry this time I put it back in my car; as again I wanted my car detailed before my baby arrives.All in all though it was good service.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, I like being in my car and watching them work on everything. I had them change my oil last and was told that I was low on oil, well y'all did it last so if its low its because y'all didn't put enough. Today they tried to do what's called an evac on my oil which isn't undoing the oil drain plug and letting all the oil drain out. Jose got upset when i wanted the oil drained from the plug and told the guy to charge me extra for removing the cover that took an extra minute or two to do. I was told in order to do that they would charge more because it takes longer (sorry for it taking a minute or two longer than you you sucking out most of the oil). I would highly recommend staying away from here until they go back to the correct and proper way of doing a oil change and not charging customers more for something that should be done.

I spent over $170 for auto detailing. It was just a general car wash. That kind of car wash i could have for $7. I had to go back and tell them it was not done. They did it again still remained dirty.
